Job Summary

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and driving the execution of the Company's worldwide cash and liquidity management in a manner that efficiently and effectively recirculates and repatriates the Company's cash. The position will also be responsible for leading the Company's financial risk management function, including FX hedging. The Treasury Manager will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. The Treasury Manager partners with global Treasury team members to create the vision, strategy and standards by which the Treasury department provides leadership and value to the organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring adequate liquidity for global companies through partnering with global treasury team and controllership team members. Identify and recommend funding alternatives, through intercompany loans, cash repatriation, dividends and capital injections. Partner with worldwide treasury, finance, tax and legal teams to execute cash recirculation and repatriation initiatives.
  • Responsible for global intercompany loans and operations of the global cash pool, including working with the Tax team and global advisors to establish intercompany borrowing and lending rates.
  • Identify and track company FX and other risk exposures in preparation for hedging.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Company's Global Hedging policy; execution of spot and forward FX contracts with designated banks in a manner that minimizes cost for the Company while mitigating financial statement volatility.
  • Partner with regional finance leaders and BP&A to model and understand FX exposures; work with Controllership to investigate FX volatility and implement mitigation plans.
  • Act as liaison with technology teams on treasury-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities and implement Treasury-related business process improvements.
  • Maintain internal processes to drive operational efficiency and to ensure compliance with SOX, company policies and internal controls
  • Assist in preparation of Treasury related audit schedules and account reconciliations at month end to include hedging documentation and derivative reporting.
  • Maintenance of proper controls for regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR.
  • Lead employees through effective hiring, orientating, training, mentoring and coaching. Provide ongoing recognition, feedback and development, holding staff accountable for success. Identify and mentor future organizational leaders. Ensure appropriate resources are provided to staff.
  • Manage department staff by providing leadership in the execution of work plans and long and short- term goals.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Profile

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Treasury or related fields
  • BBA in Finance or Accounting or relevant field
  • Experience in foreign exchange and hedging; Experience with Bloomberg terminal and hedging software (FXALL) a plus.
  • Experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree
  • CFA/ or CPA certified preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of relevant provisions of US GAAP
