Position Title: Load Builder
Wage: $17/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8am-4pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Load Builder for a company in Elkhorn, WI. The Load Builder is responsible for assembling loads of metal products to run through the heat-treating induction ovens. This is a contract to hire role. Load Builder Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Place metal parts into baskets according to written instructions - Gather metal parts that are needed for each load - Document work finished on work instructions - Material handling - Issue batch cards Load Builder Requirements: - Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and occasionally lift up to 75lbs with a team member - Must be able to stand for entire shift - Must be able to bend, reach, and stoop as needed throughout the day - Must be able to grasp and grip metal parts in various sizes - Able to work with minimal supervision - Able to read/write and understand English work instructions - Must have some industrial experience - Must be able to perform several tasks at the same time - Must wear steel-toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, leather gloves, and hearing protection - Adhere to dress code QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
