Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com The position will manage a team consisting of Master Scheduling & Planning, Procurement, Inventory Control, and Customer Service. Responsible for leading the alignment of the team's goals with those of the corporation and the business unit they represent. The goals will be accomplished through the development of a strategy and implementation of systems, procedures and metrics that will provide world class customer service to TTMs customers. Establish an organization and reporting structure that will control and measure the logistics management disciplines in all areas of the business unit. Provide hands on leadership of structured problem solving teams, procedure reviews, new product/process implementation, audits of disciplines and employee performance feedback. Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates on department performance, and other metrics as defined by manager. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 7 years of logistics and operations management experience in a highly competitive commercial or DOD environment desired with 5 years supervisory experience. Experience with ISO-9001 and AS9100 requirements and strong interpersonal skills required. #LI-PG1 Compensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $90,873 - $159,811Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
