Position Summary:

Responsible for psycho-social assessments, crisis intervention and discharge planning in collaboration with other Social Work and Case Management colleagues. Position works alternate week ends with ability to volunteer for additional week end shifts between team members. Primary coverage service areas will include emergency department, inpatient med-surg, maternal child health and pediatrics etc. Must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team.

Weekend work required

Education:

MSW required

certification: LMSW, or LCSW-C

Work Experience:

1-2 in medical setting preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 1.00 per hour - Maximum 1,000.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
