The Client Services Coordinator supporst our recruiting and client operations teams This is an in-office role where you'll play a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between recruiters, clients, and candidates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Enter job requisitions and monitor vendor management systems for requisition updates Assign requisitions to recruiters based on previously defined parameters Coordinate interviews and offers between the recruiter and client Maintain and advise branches of client onboarding requirements Gather documents, review, and submit for client audits Participate in daily and weekly recruiting meetings Communicate client changes and client needs Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports Participate in client conference calls Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal departments Exercise good discretion and judgment with clients/contractors and co-workers Liaison between recruiters and client contacts Assist with special projects What you'll be doingKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Customer service oriented High sense of urgency and persuasive personality Ability to build rapport with people over the phone Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong written and oral communication skills a MUST Must be professional and exhibit a strong work ethic Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills About youMINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2 Years General Office, Customer Service Recruiting, or Sales Experience Bachelor's Degree Why choose us?It's an exciting time to be part of our team.
