Position Summary:




  • The Nutrition Utility Tech (Dishwasher) performs a variety of sanitation duties within the Food & Nutrition Department, with an emphasis on maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
  • The Utility Technician's responsibilities are divided into three areas of coverage: general kitchen sanitation, ware washing and dish room maintenance.
  • Responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dishwashing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food supplies



Shift:

Part-time, Evening Shift (20 hrs per week)

Weekend Work Required

Education/ Experience




  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or food service is a plus



Licensure/Certifications:

ServSafe Certification preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 16.45 per hour - Maximum 19.01 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
