- The hourly wage for this position is $27.98 - $41.94, depending on qualifications and experience. We are committed to providing fair and competitive pay practices and ensuring compliance with all applicable pay transparency regulations.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support services to assist assigned Company Officers with routine company and company-related personal matters, as well as coordinating multiple concurrent activities that support Company programs, processes, and objectives in the immediate office, and in other offices as requested. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assistance to Assigned Officer(s):
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare expense reports and obtain missing documentation.
- Screen calls and visitors.
- Review and handle incoming mail when appropriate.
- Coordinate and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, due diligence work, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested.
- Conduct research; assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Ensure that assigned Officer receives accurate, comprehensive, and relevant information in a timely and proactive manner.
- Liaise closely with other Company offices.
Office Services and Marketing Assistance:
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes or implement improvements when necessary.
- Assist with coordination of facility, employee, and marketing events.
- Assist with planning and coordination of corporate functions, associate luncheons, Company-wide associate meetings, etc.
- Assist with coordination of holiday events such as corporate gift baskets, holiday cards, and holiday parties.
- Assist Marketing Department with event planning as requested.
Provide assistance with various projects as assigned or requested. QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree in business related field; or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience
- Minimum of eight years' administrative experience, with at least three years in an executive-level support capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior grammar, punctuation and spelling skills, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Courteous and effective interpersonal skills for interaction with a diverse group of clients, vendors, and visitors
- Ability to exercise sound decision-making and good judgment.
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan and coordinate several activities with little direction and within time constraints.
- Ability to maintain confidential information in an appropriate manner.
