Why you'll love this role: As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will join our dynamic team as a hands-on, technical person responsible for gathering requirements, troubleshooting, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8, SoH, and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will lead workshops with business partners, design solutions, and implement robust solutions within the MM, PP, and SD modules to optimize supply chain and logistics processes. What you'll be doing:
- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and design for SAP MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Perform system configuration, functional specification creation, and testing.
- Manage end-to-end production support, incident resolution, and change requests.
- Drive projects and enhancements in procure-to-pay, plan-to-stock, customer consignment, and order-to-cash (delivery and warehousing part) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee SAP master data management, including material, vendor, customer, batch, and serial number data.
- Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing for system changes.
- Stay up to date with SAP S4HANA and BTP advancements and implement solutions and best practices.
What You Bring:
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC & S/4HANA in MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Strong expertise in material management, production planning, inventory management, and warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience with Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Production Orders, STOs, Planning, MRP, Equipment/Serial Master, and EDI/Idocs/RFC.
- Experience integrating SAP MM/PP/SD with IM/WM, CS, FICO, Fiori, GTS, MES, and DMC.
- At least two full-cycle SAP implementations in PP/MM/SD modules, S4HANA implementations preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and experience in FDA-regulated environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP MES, DMC, eWM, BTP, and GTS is a plus.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and SAP ABAP code-reading skills.
- Proficiency in project methodologies, including Agile, ASAP, and Change Management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Master's preferred).
- SAP Certification in MM, PP, SD, or other logistics modules preferred.
