Summary:

Under the supervision of the AVP for Facilities Development assumes responsibility for and assists in the operation of building planning, the maintenance of building structures, equipment, furniture, fixture contained therein, and all of the grounds.

Assists in sit and facilities analysis as required.

Performs Property Management function on off-site locations, tracks fixed assets of all stored furniture and equipment.

Negotiates leases, tracks and invoices all leases, rent invoicing and collection and manages all utilities system wide.

Position Responsibilities:

* Lease negotiations and site selections and property purchases. Hires and manages real estate firms.

* Property management all off site locations on call 24/7.

* Processing and tracking all invoices for outside services to maintain the off-site facilities including all utility invoices.

* Site development, project and construction management, develops RFP and hires contractors.

* Contract negotiations for outside services required to maintain all off-site facilities.

* Planning, scheduling and managing all departmental moves.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar position.

Required Education:

College graduate or equivalent preferred. Real Estate license preferred

Training/Certifications/Licensure:

Real Estate License.

Virtua Certificate of Leadership.
