As a Senior Sales Relationship Manager in the Trust Department you will be responsible for servicing assigned related accounts. Responsible for the retention and development of multi-level relationships for high net worth clients.

This person will also:

  • Independently or in collaboration with other partners, create and/or coordinate specific sales proposals to generate new business.

  • Profile existing customer base, and that of Service Administrators, for additional financial service needs in order to identify cross-selling opportunities through referrals to internal partners within and/or outside of Wealth Management.

  • Participate in community and business functions/groups

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to all aspects of the position.

  • Review and analyze estate planning documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, real estate, agency agreements, and custody agreements.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Required

Experience
  • 10-12 years High level client management within the financial services/investment management industry. Sales and client management success. Developing a strong network of internal and external referral sources. Required

  • 10-12 years Demonstrated success in planning, organizing and executing on investment agency, institutional and personal trust sales within a dynamic financial services organization. Required

  • Understanding of estate planning concepts, fiduciary administration, taxes, financial planning and discretionary asset management. Required

  • 10-12 years Understanding of internal banking partners, their functions and business line products. Within a team environment, utilizing partners to develop and deliver financial solutions. Required

  • 12-15 years High level of industry education and confidence in their ability to successfully develop new business to meet an assigned annual sales goal commensurate with their work experience. Required

Licenses and Certifications
  • CFP-Certified Financial Planner by start date. Preferred

  • CPA - Certified Public Accountant by start date. Preferred

  • CFA-Charted Financial Analyst by start date. Preferred

  • Series 6-Investment Company Product/Variable Life Contracts Representative Exam by start date. Preferred

  • Series 63-Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam by start date. Preferred

  • Series 7-Stockbroker Exam by start date. Preferred

  • CTFA-Certified Trust and Financial Advisor by start date. Preferred

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable, by start date. Required
