Are you a result oriented and highly experienced Global Rewards leader motivated to advance strategic Global Rewards initiatives? Do you want to further develop COWI's Global Rewards function, our governance and frameworks within job architecture, pay equity and organisational governance, and contribute to delivering critical rewards processes to COWI? We are looking for our new Head of Global Rewards to take on the leadership of our Global Rewards team consisting of 4 colleagues based in Denmark and India. In addition to this, you will be the expert within your field, overseeing the Global Rewards Centre of Excellence as part of our People Leadership Team. You will ensure we move towards global process standardisation across COWI, deliver effective rewards processes and address important projects within the Global Rewards sphere, in close collaboration with your colleagues in the People and Organisation Leadership Team and senior leaders in COWI. Enhance collaboration and results among the Global Rewards team members The Global Rewards team holds an important role of safeguarding COWI. You will take on the responsibility to develop and lead a highly engaged team. The Global Rewards team is impactful, and it will be key for your success in leading the team that you are adept at balancing the scope and criticality of work to be undertaken by the Global Rewards team, while also playing a hands-on role in delivering projects and partnering yourself. Partner to Executive Leaders and deliver projects that support COWI's transformation within Global Rewards COWI is on a major transformation journey. As part of this, we continue to evolve and redesign our processes and ways of working - and that will be a core task in this role as well from a Global Rewards perspective. You will be partnering with our Executive Leaders on Global Rewards matters, closely aligned with the SVP P&O and Heads of P&O. Additionally, you will lead the function to take on key projects to develop our Global Rewards processes and ensure COWI is compliant today and prepared for new requirements in the future (e.g. pay transparency directive). Your key responsibilities in the first 12-18 months will be to
- Be an integrated part of the People and Organisation Leadership Team, contributing to the overall strategic P&O agenda in COWI from a Global Rewards perspective
- Build a road map for COWI's Global Rewards function for the coming 2-3 years, to define the most important projects to take on, taking into consideration of macroeconomic trends, changes in legislation, and enabling COWI's transformation journey and safeguarding COWI
- Ensure the Global Rewards team is highly engaged and able to deliver on key priorities in the road map
- Coordinate the annual global bonus initiative in the revised model beginning in 2025, working alongside Finance, P&O teams, and leadership across the business
- Further develop our Global Rewards frameworks and processes, such as salary benchmarking and salary review alignment across geographies
- Work closely with P&O and other Business Partner functions to ensure implementation of relevant Global Rewards practices for our growth markets.
- Partner to Executive Leaders on rewards and benefits matters, closely aligned with the SVP P&O and Heads of P&O
- Take responsibility for the global benefits portfolio, working towards harmonizing benefits offerings across all locations with focus on wellness and insurance portfolios for our region.

You find fulfilment in balancing critical rewards operations, including bonuses, with innovative projects aimed at advancing COWI's Global Rewards initiatives. You act with a clear business mindset and are open and navigate change easily. On top of that you:
- Have extensive experience in a senior role within Global Rewards, overseeing a team of at least five highly engaged members, preferably on a global scale
- Have delivered a Global Rewards project end-to-end as the lead, e.g. job architecture/career framework, introduction of new bonus scheme etc.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Global Rewards trends and how they evolve in the external landscape
- Understanding of US and Canada markets
- Structured, with strong prioritisation and project management skills
- Adept at senior stakeholder management
- High proficiency in English is essential. Danish is not a requirement.
