About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of HR Technology & Operations to not only lead the development of our HR technologies, but to help reimagine how HR digital technology can transform talent management and HR business process management at Netscout. This role will oversee system implementation, maintenance, and optimization while ensuring alignment with global business needs and our HR strategy. This role will be responsible for improving, streamlining, and automating human resource-related business processes, while focusing on making HR workflows efficient, transparent, and adaptable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Technology management, operations, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead a team to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:




    • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR Technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive HRIS roadmap to support the organization's global HR and business objectives.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to HR leadership on technology solutions and best practices.
    • Evaluate and recommend HR technology solutions to improve functionality and user experience.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the HRIS meets evolving business needs.
    • Identifying and documenting HR processes
    • Improve, streamline, and automate human resource-business processes.
    • Make HR workflows more efficient, transparent, and adaptable.
    • Oversee data integrity, audits, and quality controls within HR systems.
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
    • Ensure HR systems meet local, regional, and global compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and company policies.
    • Partner with IT and Legal teams to safeguard data privacy and security across HR systems.
    • Manage and mentor the HRIS team, fostering skill development and high performance.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless system integration and process optimization.
    • Primary point of contact for HRIS vendors and consultants.
    • Manage system contracts, budgets, and relationships to maximize ROI.



Basic Qualifications/Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS & Ops or HR technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in system implementation and optimization in a global, multi-site organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, data analytics, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.


Preferred Qualification/Skills:



  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or technical certifications related to HRIS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Led global HCM implementation.
  • Experience with automation tools and AI-based HR technologies.
