Welder Journeyman - 2nd Shift Company: RSA Engineered Products, LLC Primary Location: 1451 N Johnson Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020 USA Employment Type: Hourly | Full-Time Function: Manufacturing Production / Distribution Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Duties & Responsibilities Company: RSA-Weldmac SUMMARY This occupation requires skill and performance in all phases of welding. GTAW, GMAW and FCAW. Perform such operations as welding assemblies, subject to pressure, structural assemblies, complete manifold assemblies, and parts and/or assemblies of light gauge material. (Approximately .010 and thicker.) Able to certify in any or all materials as required in 6-G GTAW Process This occupation requires performing manual tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, including lifting, bending and considerable time standing. Minimum five (5) years experience as a combination welder. Must be able to weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Able to perform radiographic quality welding. * Able to read blueprints. * Able to weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals. * Able to work in the development of first run parts and assemblies. * Apply welds, using any or all methods or machines available. * Perform all other duties as assigned or directed. * Ability to use hand tools. Qualifications EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Weld in accordance with AMS-STD-2219(AMS-STD-1595 and AWS D17.1). * Fabricate parts to tolerance and dimensions required by engineering drawings. * Certify to metal groups I, II, III, and IV as per ASME Section IX and AWS D17.1Class A * Work by oneself or with others to develop guidelines for the production of welded assemblies. * Set welding machine controls to be able to weld in accordance with AWS D17.1 * Be willing to work at assigned jobs in or outside the welding field.
The pay range for this position is $28.32 - $40.00 per hour.
