As a Lean Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Lean Manufacturing team to support continuous improvement initiatives across our production processes. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in applying Lean principles and methodologies within a dynamic manufacturing environment, helping to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.

  • Must be studying Industrial or Mechanical engineering while in sophomore year or higher
  • Previous experience with capacity analysis/time studies
  • Intermediate knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Knowledge or experience with assembly or machining
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Classes or background in Lean, Six Sigma
  • High level of organizational skills and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office) with an ability to learn new systems and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
