About the Role: We are looking for a Electrical Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the engineering team supporting the design, evaluation, manufacture, test and delivery of high performance RF/Microwave and High Speed Digital cables. This is a hands-on engineering role expected to help with resolution of in-line yield issues, improve process robustness, design, and qualify manufacturing test equipment and test fixtures. You will also provide technical guidance and leadership in resolving production equipment issues in collaboration with the equipment maintenance team. A critical element to this role is to assess future test needs and test flow to identify test capability and equipment gaps and partner across teams to assist in defining a solution strategy. This role will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland. Pay and Benefits:
