What You'll Do:As our Engineering Intern, you'll be a vital part of our team, bringing fresh eyes and new ideas to the table. Here's a snapshot of the exciting responsibilities you'll tackle:

  • Technical Support:Provide essential technical and engineering support to our new product development projects, ensuring smooth production and stellar results.

  • Quality Analysis:Dive deep into the investigation and evaluation of non-conforming products, playing a critical role in Material Review Board (MRB) analysis and decision-making processes.

  • Problem-Solving:Analyze non-conforming products and field returns, identifying root causes and contributing to the development of effective corrective actions.

  • Tooling & Processes:Support the design, implementation, and validation of assembly tooling, fixtures, and processes that streamline production and enhance product quality.

  • Documentation Expertise:Create and modify crucial manufacturing procedures, routers, BOMs, and other documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurate for both new projects and ongoing production.

  • Seamless Transitions:Facilitate the smooth handover of development activities into full-scale production, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to consumer.

  • Testing & Engineering Builds:Roll up your sleeves and complete hands-on testing and engineering builds, contributing directly to the development and optimization of our products.

What You'll Bring:
