- Solution Design (30%) - Architect and design analytics solutions that meet the needs of both local and global stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration (20%) - Work with sales, marketing, and IT teams across different regions to gather requirements and align solutions with global business objectives.
- Data Integration (20%) - Develop and implement data integration strategies to consolidate data from various global sources.
- Technical Leadership (10%) - Provide guidance and mentorship to the analytics team.
- Performance Optimization (10%) - Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of analytics solutions on a global scale.
- Documentation (5%) - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for analytics solutions and processes.
- Innovation (5%) - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and incorporate them into global solutions.
What you will bring to the team: Required:
- Experience: 5+ years in IT analytics, with at least 3 years in a solution architect role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, SAP SAC).
- Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and integration.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as SAP HANA, Microsoft Azure, or Databricks.
- Knowledge of conceptual and physical data modeling methods (3NF, Data Vault).
- Understanding of modern software development principles (Agile, CI/CD).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred:
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications: TOGAF, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
- Additional Skills:
- Experience with data vault modeling and Salesforce.com.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Work Environment & Expectations:
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Work Setting: Hybrid (up to two days per week in the office), with occasional travel to regional offices or conferences.
- Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Decision-Making: High-level influence over architecture, design, and data integration strategies.
- Quality & Security: Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
