Position Summary We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The Minneapolis 220 in Minneapolis, MN! The Assistant Property Manager is a business leader who is ready for their next step in their career, focusing on resident customer service and assistance in managing operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications of multi-million-dollar apartment communities. This position requires unmatched customer service and someone who thrives in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment. This individual will also support the Senior Property Manager in maintaining the physical building, in partnership with the maintenance team, to protect and maintain the asset and promote financial health of the property by achieving the annual budget goals. Skills & Qualifications
Compensation, Hours & Location This position pays $24-$26/hr and offers an impressive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plan, paid time off and an employee assistance program. This full-time position offers mostly Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Typical work schedules are 8:30am-5pm, but there is some flexibility in these hours to accommodate the needs of the position and the staff person. Variations to this schedule may occur for planned resident and community events and meetings. This is an in-person position and will office mostly out of The Minneapolis 220. Occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities and other properties will occur from time to time.
