Pay: $50,000/yr - $55,000/yr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: Candidates should have proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within logistics, a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes and inventory control systems, and the demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Experience with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse setting is essential.

Job Duties: The Warehouse Supervisor will supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management while managing team performance through training, support, and guidance to warehouse staff. This role requires ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will also oversee inventory control processes to ensure accuracy in stock levels and minimize discrepancies, implement efficient materials handling practices to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs, and conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to ensure proper functioning and safety.
