As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for moving materials within the distribution center and loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material-handling equipment. You believe in doing the job right, striving for excellence, and taking on challenges with confidence.

• Monitor material, supply, and equipment usage and needs.
• Prepare material orders for restocking.
• Track inventory and reorganize the warehouse to accommodate daily business needs based on project volume and rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including company equipment.
• Collaborate with crews and construction supervisors to ensure adequate stock levels.

• Perform monthly and annual inspections to meet fire safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct yard and warehouse safety inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Follow all company safety and accident procedures.
• Train and coach team members on warehouse operations, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
• Enforce policies and procedures to maintain efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations.

• Drive company vehicles and operate equipment in compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Transport materials and coordinate vehicle maintenance pickups and drop-offs as needed.
• Schedule vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and safety.
• Maintain accurate fleet tracking records.

• Address customer concerns and report issues promptly.
• Evaluate current warehouse processes and recommend improvements.
• Contribute ideas to optimize warehouse costs and increase productivity.

• Load and unload construction materials for vendors, crews, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• You hold a CDL permit (CDL preferred).
• You have a track record of completing work with high quality.
• You enjoy problem-solving and taking a hands-on approach to challenges.
• You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• You are comfortable with physical work, including standing for long hours and frequently lifting up to 25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.).
• You have forklift operating experience (Forklift certification is a plus).
• You are proficient with personal computers and basic software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• You have at least one year of experience in a warehouse or a related industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
