Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operations - Loan Workout Specialist with our client in the financial industry located in West Des Moines, IA. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout Support the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loans Physically record wet signatures, scan and upload packets of signed legal documents to retention system Partner with up to 14 different law firms/legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads Ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy Requirements: 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Legal administration/support experience Ability to combine documents in Adobe Reader User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and One Note Experience with shipping documents with FedEx Working knowledge of legal civil procedures Highly organized Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly) Partnership skills - ability to work with Q/A team Desired skills: 6+ months of legal admin experience Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems Pay Range: $24.00-$34.00 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
