Job Title: PIM Manager - Stibo (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Delivery Execution:

  • Be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for key technology platforms and solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to define vision boards, ensuring a solid grasp of travel and hospitality business trends and processes.
  • Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Work closely with engineering collaborators, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery and release cycles.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for platform adoption and efficiency.
  • Champion agile and DevOps standard processes to enhance delivery speed and quality.

Collaborator Engagement & multi-functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a bridge between business, IT, and development teams, ensuring alignment of technology with business priorities.
  • Engage with multi-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and corporate roles to understand their needs and drive adoption.
  • Build positive relationships with external vendors, cloud providers, and implementation partners.

Strategic Leadership & Innovation:

  • Act as a trusted technology advisor to business IT customers, translating business objectives into technology strategies.
  • Find opportunities for process improvement, automation, AI-driven analytics, and data monetization to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and innovations to drive competitive advantage.
  • Influence C-suite and senior leadership on technology decisions and investments.

Solution Architecture & Technology Strategy:

  • Define and implement end-to-end solution architecture for PIM/MDM solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
  • Lead architecture design, technology selection, and integration of ERP, legacy systems, and modern cloud-native platforms.
  • Develop enterprise-wide technology roadmaps, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Guide the adoption of standard processes in MDM/PIM applications, event-driven architecture, and integration frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise technology strategy, and product ownership.
  • Expertise in enterprise systems, ERP, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, and data architectures.
  • Good understanding of MDM implementations and solutions, including event-driven architecture, API gateways, and serverless computing.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to influence across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in travel and hospitality, retail, automotive, grocery, or travel & hospitality industries.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics, MDM, PIM, Data Governance, and Data Quality is a must.
  • Familiarity with CX, digital commerce, and customer engagement platforms.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 4th, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $158,500 to $214,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
