Your Role

As the IT ERP Manufacturing and Fulfillment Delivery Leader, you are responsible for delivering differentiating capabilities and technical solutions within JD Edwards related to manufacturing and the integrated supply chain. You will manage resources to determine user needs, design/architect, build, implement and support existing and new functionality.

Your role is to support the maintenance and build of valuable, feasible, viable, and usable functionality. You will define the overall solution roadmap and work with global business stakeholders to understand and communicate their needs as well as reduce technical debt.You will manage a team of JDE Functional and Technical leaders as well as 3rd party support and delivery teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of application delivery, including needs/requirements, solution design/architecture, build, implementation.

  • Lead global development teams in designing and developing ERP software solutions.

  • Set plans, goals, and communicate with stakeholders to balance global, regional, and country needs.

  • Optimize delivery model, rationalize variations, and balance application needs versus features in global products and platforms.

  • Manage relationships with secondary managed service providers and ensure process governance.

  • Innovate, champion change, and drive the adoption of next-generation technologies and business practices.

  • Ensure roadmaps include architecture roadmap enablers, removal of technical debt, and non-functional requirements.

  • Support internal change management teams: ensure efficient change management processes are in place to support the deployment of new features and enhancements

  • Ensure ERP solutions align with overall enterprise architecture and stay current with emerging trends and technologies.

  • Analyze current systems, recommend improvements, and ensure system and process alignment across regions.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+years of experience in ERP tools, with 3+ years in a management role

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and software development methodologies, preferably with experience on 9.2 or higher release of JD Edwards.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience in driving multicultural virtual teams across various time zones

  • Experience managing third-party IT providers

  • Practitioner of Agile approach and culture. Understanding the SAFe (Agile at scale) approach is a plus.

  • Ability and maturity to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Understanding of regulations in the life sciences industry (quality, security, data privacy, computerized system validation)

  • Excellent functional process knowledge/business acumen and technical expertise for subject matter area

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 - $185,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
