Who we are looking for


Purpose

The Project Coordinator - Brand Execution will support the development, execution, and management of marketing strategies for the Cardiovascular and Neonatal product portfolio. This role bridges cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, clinical, regulatory, and medical, to ensure seamless implementation and execution. The coordinator of brand execution is a key contributor to driving brand execution through tactical implementation and execution excellence. The candidate should be committed to working our hybrid work model from the Cary, NC office.

Main Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution:



  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, print, events).
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations to achieve brand objectives.


Market Insights:



  • Develop and present actionable recommendations based on analytics available to the coordinator.


Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:



  • Oversee the Promotional Review Process, up to and including the Veeva administration and loading and tagging of all promotional review materials, renewal of materials
  • Work closely with sales, medical affairs, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on messaging and compliance requirements.
  • Support training initiatives by providing materials and key product information for the sales force.


Product Support Management:



  • KOL and Consulting Contracts Traffic and Follow-Up
  • Thought leader implementation administration as assigned by the Marketing Execution Lead
  • General project management as assigned by the Marketing Execution Lead
  • Literature/textbooks and inventory responsibility
  • Develop Field team communications
  • Field team material requests through an automated portal (when available)
  • Manage the brand asset libraries (i.e., logo, key messages, branding guides, etc.)
  • Support budget tracking invoices, and multiple quote processes on specific projects identified and in the execution phase
  • Speaker program support as requested by Marketing Execution Lead


Experience Required

Required:



  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools is a plus.


Preferred:



  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in therapeutic areas such as cardiology and pulmonology.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and digital campaign tools.


Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
