Summary:

The Project Manager oversees the organization, coordination, and execution of chemical biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) equipment projects. This role ensures that projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements while complying with all regulations and contractual obligations. The Project Manager leads teams, mitigates risks, and reports progress to senior management.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ultimately responsible and exercise his/her judgement to ensure all the tasks are delivered and performed as required to meet the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
  • Completion of key deliverables of the contract, including equipment, training, warehouse operations, provisioning, maintenance, and full lifecycle management of MRDS (AN/PDR-81) assets.
  • Ensuring regulatory and contract compliance for all contract operations.
  • Manages the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements throughout the contract's lifecycle, from inception to completion.
  • Direct the activities of managers, task leaders, and staff to assure performance within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
  • Performs risk/issue assessment, tracking and resolution through escalation and closeout to ensure satisfactory program performance and delivery.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience using chemical biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) equipment that detects and identifies CBRN materials.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a project manager capacity.
  • A favorably SECRET security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, ITIL or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000 annually.
