About the Role: We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our PharmBIO team. In this role, the Demand Planner is responsible for leading the processes to collect and create the demand plans for the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process through collaboration with Sales, Product Specialist, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc. and utilization of statistical modeling/forecasting tools. They document the supporting assumptions that underpin the plans and resulting forecast. They manage all aspects of the demand plan, create scenarios as necessary, and partner/collaborate with Supply Chain on potential demand/supply gaps and issues. They develop and align with Supply Chain on inventory planning strategies to meet demand plans. They are responsible for measuring the performance of the demand plan and leading performance improvement. This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
