Responsibilities

Arcfield is looking for a Project Integrator to join our team to execute and maintain records information management and property management activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the maintenance and management of the Sponsor's records control schedule (RCS) and related documents and process.
  • Maintain configuration and version control RCS, program file index, and the Sponsor's program closeout document.
  • Assist with maintenance and management of Sponsor's file structure.
  • Assist and maintain the migration of record file structure and records from the old structure to the Sponsor's new structure.
  • Advise Sponsor's staff on records management and retention.
  • Track and document SOPs.
  • Maintain and execute routine audits of compliance with Sponsor's file structure.
  • Track and manage the Sponsor records storage, archive and disposition services enabling accountability of all Sponsor records from creation to final disposition.
  • Track, document, and support the transition of departing Sponsor staff.
  • Document and track Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests; and when applicable perform the search for documents.
  • Track and account for all Sponsor program and seedling property purchases using the Sponsor's data management tool.
  • Maintain and track property functionality in the data management tool.
  • Maintain, facilitate, and track disposition of property and property data calls.
  • Maintain and track user accesses on Sponsor's high and low side shared drives.
  • Coordinate the logistics process for transporting items; overall material management using IT tools and systems.
  • Coordinate and plan facility services and related activities; tracking cost, delivery, stock, and related resources for mission acquisitions.
  • Ability to assist in the identification and tracking of action items, tracking and monitoring of on-going projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedule and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Compose and maintaining correspondence documentation such as operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
  • Demonstrated experience with Sponsor logistics processes and procedures (or other DoD and IC agencies) and workflow management.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter.
  • Experience maintaining and managing program file systems.
  • Ability to implement and maintain active records management systems.
  • Experience with supporting, documenting, and updating standard operating procedures.
  • Able to disposition property and track property records.

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
