Responsibilities Include:

• Logistics guru: Assist the regional supervisor in scheduling service calls and making sure everything is on point and on schedule.
• Client Hero: Be the friendly voice our clients rely on. Provide them with real-time updates,

answer questions and turn any hiccups into smooth sailing.

• Tracker Extraordinaire: Keep your finger on the pulse with real-time tracking of parts and equipment and handle any surprises with agility and flair.
• Document Dynamo: Maintain impeccable records of dispatch activities and customer interactions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with our sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
• Problem Solver: Face challenges head-on and implement creative solutions to enhance our dispatch process and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: You've got hands-on experience in dispatching, ideally in the foodservice equipment industry or other like service industries.
• Skills: You're organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Your communication skills are top-notch.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with dispatch software, the internet and email.
• Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace change with a positive attitude.
