Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$25.06 - $32.58 / hour

Summary

Responsible for proactively sourcing talented and diverse candidates through innovative sourcing techniques to build the candidate pipeline for vacancies in a highly complex, large, multi-disciplinary health system. Seeks out the most qualified individuals, assessing their skills, determining where they would best fit in the organization, and ultimately convincing them to apply and join Lee Health. Takes direction from Physician/APP Leadership in best practices related to sourcing and recruiting activities for hard to fill positions and other critical needs positions (i.e., CRM, networking, social media, referrals, research, event planning, virtual events, e-blasts, cold calling). Partners closely with Physician/APP recruiters to understand and execute sourcing initiatives across our multiple locations and business lines by supporting hiring strategies that will enable us to build a talent community, fill critical roles and identify key hiring sources.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree required.

Experience: Minimum 1 year recruitment, talent acquisition/candidate sourcing and/or HR generalist related experience; previous healthcare experience preferred.

  • Understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media tools for recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of candidate selection methods and healthcare specialties.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
