Position Summary:
Join Securian Financial and leverage data to drive impactful business outcomes in line with our Enterprise Analytics Strategy, Vision, and Operating Principles! Collaborate closely with Digital and Marketing stakeholders to uncover business opportunities and apply diverse analysis, visualization, and optimization techniques. Utilize tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, R, and Tableau to partner with website product owners, marketing associates, and business partners, delivering timely and relevant insights. Use data to inform decisions and set priorities across the business. Connect the dots for stakeholders, helping them use insights to enhance website optimization and marketing strategies. Work with website teams to design and implement A/B testing and personalization.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Develop actionable insights from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to drive business outcomes and identify optimization opportunities through exploratory analysis and visualization.
  • Communicate results to business stakeholders with a focus on connecting insights to KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing associates to inform campaign strategies, analyze audience segments, and deliver personalized recommendations to enhance conversion rates.
  • Design and implement measurement and testing strategies for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Partner with website agile teams to deploy A/B and multivariate testing across web platforms.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, and similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Launch or other tag management systems, including experience in data collection schemas, translating business requirements into tagging specifications, and QA testing of tag changes.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and explain complex analytical results and methods to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Strong moral and ethical compass, ensuring the delivery of fair, unbiased solutions that protect our customers, associates, and brand.

#LI-Hybrid **This position will have a hybrid working arrangement, working in-office for a minimum of 3 days a week.**

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$67,000.00 - $125,000.00

Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
