Work Shift: DayPay Type: SalaryHourly Rate (if applicable): N/ATargeted Base Salary Range (if applicable): $140,800.00 - $182,600.00JOB OVERVIEW: This role will focus on the development of new growth opportunities and defining go-to-market strategies for specific products segments and applications. The position will manage cross-functional projects, working collaboratively across enterprises, geographies, and functions to lead pilot projects and business development efforts.Successful candidates will be strategic thinkers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will have project management experience, particularly in commercial excellence initiatives, and be able to manage these projects from planning through to execution. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create compelling presentations and write effectively. The ability to build trust with key stakeholders and customers to collaborate across various commercial and functional areas is essential. A deep curiosity and drive to seize opportunities, along with business acumen and a passion for solving challenges using facts and data, are key qualities. Candidates should also demonstrate resiliency, with the ability to consolidate multiple perspectives into a unified vision and strategy for successful execution.
