*About the Role:*
As a *Junior Sales Arborist*, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process and providing exceptional customer service. This position focuses on outbound sales calls, lead generation, proposal creation, appointment scheduling, and calendar management for our sales team. You will also be responsible for coordinating crews, overseeing job execution, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Additionally, this role provides vital administrative support to Sales Arborists by managing client files, maintaining databases, and processing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct outbound sales calls and generate new leads
* Create and present professional proposals to clients
* Schedule appointments and manage multiple sales calendars
* Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, building positive rapport with clients
* Process client payments and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate and set up crews for job sites, ensuring work meets client expectations
* Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals
* Support business growth through networking and identifying new opportunities
* Maintain and administer client databases and branch documentation
* Provide general administrative support to the sales team
*Qualifications:*
* Desire to grow professionally within the arboricultural industry
* Associate degree or higher preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and customer service
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management preferred (training provided)
* Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S.
