The employee will be responsible for constant monitoring of roller and packaging quality, as well as communication with machine operators. Employee will also be required to know how to set up and run all machinery (Jacksons, TFM, Rennco Baggers, Drop Sealer, Band Sealer, and Tape machines.

The Roller Finishing Operator operates the Jacksons and TRM machines, Rennco baggers, Band sealer, drop sealer, and tape machines.

Additional Information:

1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:15pm

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.




  • Provide feedback on final set up to attain cosmetic and quality specifications.
  • Communicate with Team Manager and extruder operators to ensure the product coming off of the line meets or exceeds specifications.
  • Use scanner to scan on and off orders. Input accurate data into scanner.
  • Keep work area clean and conduct a final cleaning near the end of each shift
  • Maintain Accurate Metrics: Units Produced, Rework Units, Seconds, Downtime, Switch Over Time, Maintenance Log, etc.
  • Clean lint removal system and remove boxes from the lint collector to ensure proper operation.
  • Taking out the plastic waste box outside the end of every shift.


Minimum Requirements:



  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Have at least six (6) months of work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with fine manipulation (such as sewing, cutting hair or related activities)
  • Experience working in an environment which you had to rotate from department to department
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience monitoring the quality of raw materials and/or finished goods
