POSITION OVERVIEW
The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position is the highest executive position within the OSC Global, LLC (OSC Global) family of companies. Through visionary leadership, the President and CEO will provide strategic guidance by working with the OSC Global Board of Directors (Board) and the leadership team in establishing short- and long-term goals, objectives, plans and policies to achieve growth in revenue, increasing returns, and taking appropriate risk for the company. Incumbent is responsible for presenting opportunities to the Board that are intended to build successful relationships, generate sustainable revenue, and protect or enhance OSC Global’s brand and reputation. This position requires a proven, outstanding leader with a unique set of business, financial management, and operations experience to deliver projected growth, revenue, and profit figures. The President and CEO will be responsible for the overall OSC Global family of companies’ strategic performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Operations
- Accountable for the overall programmatic and fiscal integrity of the organization.
- In partnership with the Board, lead the development of short- and long-range business strategies, goals and objectives intended to produce growth in revenue, net income, Shareholders’ equity, and brand reputation.
- Align the organizational structure to optimize the business strategy.
- Ensure project management systems are being applied efficiently and effectively to achieve the following objectives: (1) health, safety, and environmental responsibility; (2) client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget; (3) financial performance of project-specific targets; (4) project team expectations; (5) operational performance; (6) compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards and (7) quality.
Business Development
- Work closely with the OSC Global leadership team to lead companywide business development, marketing, and strategic planning to achieve the company’s goals for growth and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and other government agency regulations, especially as it relates to Alaska Native Corporations.
- Lead the overall company strategy to advance major bid/no-bid decisions, technical proposals, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Advance teaming arrangements and joint ventures with strategic business partners.
Finance
- Work closely with OSC Global’s Chief Financial Officer to plan and implement strategies for managing financial resources, risks and generating sustainable revenue and profitability for the company.
- Oversee OSC Global’s financial budgeting and reporting process and regularly evaluate the company’s financial statements to determine performance and status in meeting objectives.
Employee Development
- Lead leaders; create, develop, and nurture a diverse, high performing leadership team, working together to build trust, align on common goals, clarify roles, responsibilities, and create an overall culture of teamwork, recognition, creativity, innovation, adaptability, diversity, inclusion, and achievement of new ideas and results.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- In conjunction with OSC Global’s leadership, establish and oversee companywide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, business development, and employee relations.
- Manage overall risks associated with each OSC Global business line and company and eliminate losses and/or negative impacts to the company's reputation.
- Maintain an understanding of the OSC Global organization, enhance as deemed appropriate, and build relationships with staff at all levels within the organization.
- Evaluate the performance of OSC Global executives and leadership team and recruit, retain, and mentor managers and presidents of OSC Global’s subsidiaries.
- Plan, coordinate, and provide oversight of operations and personnel in all regions.
- Lead the review and approval of bids (including large subcontractor bids).
- Foster a safety culture to ensure all operations are conducted to meet corporate health and safety goals.
- Represent the company at formal, public functions and professional meetings.
- Ensure projects are executed in compliance with OSC Global, client, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adequate resources are acquired or developed to meet demands.
- Provide weekly updates to CIRI Chief Executive Officer.
- Prepare written quarterly reports for CIRI and ensure monthly financial reporting to Board and CIRI.
- Prepare and present to the Board quarterly or as requested and CIRI Board as requested, as it relates to yearly budgets, audit findings, specific requests, etc.
- Perform other duties as applicable and assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Expertise in current technology and latest trends in cybersecurity, information technology, enterprise risk management, mitigation and regulatory compliance and standards such as NIST, CMMC and ISO.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in writing, actively listen and interact professionally and productively with all level's individuals within the organization as well as external stakeholders, clients, business partners, etc.
- Executive management qualities, including corporate loyalty, accountability, leadership, self-confidence, motivation, decisiveness, flexibility, integrity, honesty, business ethics, sound business judgment, innovation, and determination.

- Strong understanding and experience in mergers, acquisitions and integration into a broader enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of government clients, their programs, and plans; keen understanding of business management systems in government contracting including, but not limited to, budgeting, SBA, 8(a), DCAA, FAR and contract requirements.
- Strong marketing experience: ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Experience running and growing a successful business group/operation.
- Ability to use good judgement in choices or conclusions by establishing objectives, gathering relevant information, identifying alternatives, setting criteria for the decision, and selecting best option.
- Ability to effectively recruit, select, develop, and retain of competent staff members and coach employees and subsidiary leadership to meet high performance standards and goals and lead by example.
- Ability to effectively negotiate, leading processes by which compromise, or agreement, is reached.
- Strong change management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage risk, assessing and quantifying business, reputational, and political risk, then taking measures to minimize, monitor, and control them.
- Strong understanding of profit and loss and demonstrated success in producing positive cash flow, revenue, and profit.
- Experience in corporate governance.
- Ability to obtain and retain a top-secret government-issued security clearance.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES
- Sufficient fine motor skills for use of computers, calculators with an ability to withstand repetitive keyboarding for extended periods of time.
- Visual and communications ability adequate to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Ability to kneel, bend and twist at the waist on an occasional basis.
- Ability to reach below shoulder height with regular frequency (desk position) and at or above shoulder height on occasion.
- Ability to push, pull, carry and lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds on a regular basis, and greater weights on an occasional basis.
- Ability to travel by vehicle or aircraft, and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15 years of progressively responsible experience leading and managing multiple projects, division and /or companies.
- 12+ years of senior leadership in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
- Some of which directly involved government contracting.
- Two or more years which were at an executive level.
- Work experience that illustrates managing a company or profit and loss division of at least $100M with global geographic locations, numerous employees, and diverse clients.
- Ability to obtain and retain top secret government-issued security clearance.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
