This is a critical leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, hands-on ERP expertise, and a strong ability to drive change in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization & Digital Transformation

* Identify inefficiencies and implement automation, standardization, and best practices to enhance productivity.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve operational agility.
* Drive data-driven decision-making by optimizing ERP reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
* Ensure ERP solutions align with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

ERP Strategy & Optimization
* Oversee the daily operations, enhancement, and governance of QAD and Infor XA systems.
* Evaluate and implement new ERP functionalities, integrations, and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
* Develop and enforce ERP usage standards, data governance policies, and reporting frameworks.
* Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry regulations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
* Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and third-party support providers.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal IT policies.
* Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, ensuring timely system support, updates, and enhancements.
* Establish and maintain communication channels with vendors for troubleshooting, escalations, and system improvements.
* Ensure vendors comply with security best practices, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Track ERP-related expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations or service consolidation.

Project & Change Management
* Lead ERP implementation, migration, and integration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies to support business objectives.
* Manage change control processes and user adoption strategies to maximize ERP ROI.
* Ensure cross-functional alignment between IT, operations, finance, and leadership teams.

User Training & Support
* Provide hands-on training and knowledge-sharing to end users, ensuring ERP adoption and proficiency.
* Develop user-friendly documentation and best practices for ERP usage.
* Act as the liaison between IT, manufacturing teams, and leadership to translate business needs into ERP solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in information systems, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and digital transformation.
* Strong understanding of QAD and Infor XA platforms.
* Experience with other manufacturing ERP is a plus.
* Experience with ERP integrations, automation, and reporting tools.
