Summary Statement: From strategic decision-assist to minute operational details, the Chief of Staff (CoS) combines comprehensive vision with a detail-oriented approach. The CoS serves as the right hand to the IDA President and works closely and cooperatively with the rest of the executive and leadership team. Communication and Liaison 1. Serves as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and President regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, etc. 2. Works with President to refine and execute the company's vision and mission, gather and analyze data, assess trends, and provide insights and recommendations. Team Leadership:

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. * Eight or more years of experience in position supporting executive teams, internal experience strongly preferred. * Strong leadership qualities, including experience organizing and directing multiple teams. * Sound judgment, decision-making and analytical skills, including successful navigation of organizational dynamics, strategic planning, and project management. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure, combined with attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality; able to effectively and diplomatically communicate orally and in writing; strong interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant business software. * Must already have an active clearance, SECRET or above. We support transparency, equity, and fairness in our compensation program and provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range based on data-driven market analysis for each position. While it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $119,000-$190,000. Individual salary within this range will be commensurate with the incumbent's experience, unique skills and qualifications, and other relevant factors.
