Responsibilities This is an exciting opportunity for a proven electrical support engineer. This is role for a key individual who will work full time dedicated to specific customers performing all aspects of planning and execution to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual metrics are meet. Specific duties include: * Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of customers' test equipment assets used with Keysight calibration SW * * Ensure compatibility between customer expectation and support provided by Keysight Technologies. * Provide advice to customers on environmental factors such as humidity, power, air conditioning, calibration cycle times, and test ETE configurations for best operational results * Provide assistance to customer to evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required * Understand, and utilize all Keysight software based calibration platforms * Train customer technicians and provide support for Keysight calibration software (STE & TME) Qualifications Careers Privacy Statement University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3+ years relevant experience * 3+ years directly related experience as Field Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer/Technician * skills in calibration and repair of selective Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) * Experience using automated calibration software platforms * Strong Customer interface skills Pay Range: USD $115,060.00 - USD $191,770.00 Year The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills; most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.
