We are seeking a highly skilled Space Control Expert to join our team.

• Lead the development, build, and testing of highly classified space control, ground, and command and control (C2) systems
• Drive the maturation of technologies through all TRL levels, ensuring readiness for operational deployment
• Provide expertise in multiple space control-related technologies, including optical systems, electronic support measures, signal processing, and communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into existing and new systems
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of space control systems to ensure performance and reliability
• Develop and refine concepts for space control operations, enhancing capabilities and effectiveness

Required:

• Expert in highly classified space control, ground, and C2 systems (concepts development, build, and test)
• Expert in maturing technologies through all TRL levels
• Expert in multiple space control-related technologies, including but not limited to, optical, electronic support, signal processing, communications

Desired:

• Highly Desired: past or present experience with SSC or mission partner space control or space situational awareness mission area programs

Education Requirements:

• BS/BA along with a minimum 12 years of relevant experience

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Top Secret, SCI eligible.
• Eligibility for access to SAP Information.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  

Location/Travel Requirements:

• Place of work is El Segundo, CA
• May require travel up to 10% of time within the continental United States.

The pay range for this position is $150,000/year to $180,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract wages, job- related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
