What you'll do:

As a Senior Client Service Advisor, you'll provide support to the Operations/Treasury Manager by servicing Juris Banking clients to ensure issues are resolved and the customer is ultimately satisfied with the end result relating to operational activities, treasury management products and financial services; opening, maintaining and closing of all account types; performing clerical duties while maintaining good customer relations. Adhere to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals. Provide research on loan and deposit accounts as needed. Assist with account analysis, service charge waivers and wire transfer/ACH renewals. Possess excellent problem solving, functional, communication, and technical skills, along with drive for successful client resolution. Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.
  • Provide daily guidance to the department in the areas of deposits and account servicing including Treasury Management products/services.

  • Work directly with customers on issues and resolve issues pertaining to their accounts.

  • Provide excellent customer service and represents the bank in a professional and responsible manner.

  • Adhere to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals.

  • Provide research on loan and deposit accounts as needed. Assist with account analysis, service charge waivers and wire transfer/ACH renewals.

  • Possess excellent problem solving, functional, communication, and technical skills, along with drive for successful client resolution.

  • Work with minimal supervision while performing duties.

  • May accompany Officers on customer calls and interviews to obtain an understanding of the business relationship as a means to provide assistance to the Officer in developing strategies to meet the needs of the customer.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.

  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

  • Intermediate working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $40.00 for San Diego, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
