Summary: The Lighting Quotations Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate quotes for pricing and building estimates for lighting projects.

Minimum Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in quotations, sales or a related field.
• Familiarity with lighting products.
• Associate degree or an equivalent level of experience preferred
• Previous experience reading blueprints is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute quotation requests as received from Supervisor, Account Managers, Customers, and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
• Develop accurate and competitive quotes for lighting projects.
• Prepare and forward documentation necessary for order entry.
• Collaborate with customers and vendor partners to ensure accurate quotes and lead times.
• Follow up on quotations and modify quotes as necessary.
• Maintain a system to follow up on all quotations and assist the Account Managers in booking quoted orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including sales, product & services, and customer service to ensure operational and customer expectations are met.
• Send all quotation information to appropriate Account Manager.
