Project Manager

C&S is currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to be responsible for managing multiple projects in various phases at any one time from bidding though closeout. The Project Manager will provide project organization, budgeting, and scheduling to lead projects through the entire design, planning and construction process. Field superintendents and construction project engineers will report to the Project Manager.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Exceed client expectations by ensuring the quality and high standards of performance and compliance in both design and construction.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Project Manager has financial responsibility of the project; cost forecasting, subcontractor, material and vendor control
• Project Manager is responsible for the timely execution and management of the owner and subcontractor change order process.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunities.
• Plan, schedule and administer project meetings with client, subcontractors, vendors and field personnel.
• Management of the construction submittal and approval process

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proficient in Timberline cost estimating software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Proficient in Procore Project Management Software

Education/Experience:

Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated skills in project management. Experience in multi-site projects preferred.

Estimated Compensation Range: $100,000-120,000/year*

*Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
