How you'll make an impact: As part of the B2B Integrated Marketing and Communications team, the Manager of Sales Enablement will have a significant impact, particularly in ensuring that marketing efforts translate into successful sales outcomes. Sales enablement focuses on equipping the sales team with the resources, tools, and training they need to effectively sell our products and services. This role serves as a bridge between marketing and sales, aligning both teams to work towards common goals. What you'll do: For SiriusXM Connect, the Sales Enablement Marketing Manager plays a vital role in empowering the sales team by providing them with the necessary resources, training, and tools to succeed. Working closely with Product Marketing, in a rapidly growing organization, they will ensure that marketing messaging aligns with the unique needs of each customer, that sales reps are well-prepared and well-informed, and that the entire sales organization is aligned with broader company goals while ultimately helping to drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.
