Job Description: Ryan Companies has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Intern in Phoenix! This position is available as a summer internship running from May to August. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to support strategic initiatives and gain insight into high-level decision-making processes. Assist the business unit marketing teams in developing and executing localized marketing deliverables and/or events. Support the digital marketing team with content creation, social media management, and performance analytics. Work with the brand & creative team on developing marketing materials, graphic design deliverables, and brand management. Partner with the communications team to craft messaging, press releases, and internal newsletter content. Gain exposure to marketing technology & operations, including data management, automation tools, and analytics. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects. Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field No working experience required Able to work 40 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Highly motivated self-starter employing high attention to detail Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, handle shifting priorities and carry tasks to completion Creative spirit with a desire to learn Quick learner and producer, able to work under deadlines Proactive problem-solver with an analytical, solutions-driven mindset Candidate shares the Ryan values and adds to the positive fabric of the team and the Ryan culture overall
