POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Team (MarCom) at Milliman, Global Corporate Services (GCS), is looking to hire a Manager, Digital Marketing. The Manager, Digital Marketing will lead a team of professionals to ensure successful management and execution of front-end website updates, digital UX design, email marketing campaigns, and CRM user support and training. This role will help drive digital transformation within Milliman's MarCom department, playing a role in developing skills and capabilities of the team, with an eye toward the future of Milliman's digital footprint. This is a hands-on role. The ideal candidate is expected to have proficiency with CRM and other marketing tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managerial Responsibilities:



  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing and web development professionals
  • Manage team's day-to-day tasks and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential challenges
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback and identify opportunities for improvement for team
  • Drive vision and direction to help execute on department and team roadmap
  • Partner with the team to identify ways to make the website and email marketing more user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for digital engagement
  • Coordinate the process and execution of assigned projects
  • Analyze and communicate web analytics and implement, with the support of your team, strategies to improve traffic and engagement


Digital Marketing Responsibilities:



  • Oversee front-end web and CRM user engagement projects from inception to deployment
  • Serve as key contact and provide prompt response to internal and external inquiries/requests in a concise, clear and timely manner


  • Interface with corporate team members, clients, and vendors to ensure that materials reflect Milliman's brand


  • Support the growth of CRM utilization across the firm via user communication and outreach and continuous development of best practices and training material
  • Create user engagement measurement, monitor CRM data integrity and identify areas of optimization and additional support


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or in a similar capacity.
  • The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of proven experience managing a team and leading digital projects.
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in role managing performance and business process, user support and delivering system trainings.
  • The ideal candidate must have proficiency with CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred), CMS (Sitecore preferred) and email marketing platforms.
  • Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.


LOCATION:

This is a remote role. This job posting is expected to close on April 30th, 2025

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this role is $87,000 - $177,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
