Requisition ID req32779 Working Title Admin Assistant to Exec Dir Position Grade 10 Position Summary The Department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking a professional, customer service focused individual to serve the Chair of the department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Department Chairperson in managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities to include over 80+ faculty, 45 residents and approximately 50 staff members. Under direct supervision, the individual will coordinate, oversee, and/or perform a wide variety of administrative, customer service, and program support activities on behalf of the Chair and Executive Committee of the Department of Family & Community Medicine.
