Job Description: Ryan Companies is looking for a talented Regional Marketing Manager who will create and execute brand awareness strategies; manage client development in partnership with account owners; and create marketing strategies for client events, promotional campaigns, public relations and communications. The scope of work for the Regional Marketing Manager is to implement marketing and business development strategies that lead to improved relationships with clients, the addition of new clients/partners, increase the pipeline of work, and grow Ryan's business both culturally and financially. Some things you can expect to do:
Develop and manage the regional annual marketing business plan and budget. Manage the development of proposals and interviews, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines. Pursuits range in value from $10 million to $100 million. Overall pursuit responsibilities include: Leading kick-off meetings and developing win strategy. Identifying proposal requirements and establishing proposal development plans and schedules. Partnering with cross-functional teams to create custom content and graphics. Writing, designing and editing proposal content for clarity, grammar, and compliance with client specifications and company standards. Scheduling review meetings and consolidating stakeholder feedback. Collaborate with sector and service marketers for branding continuity, content, and best practices. Customizing team resumes, project overviews and other content specific to the client and pursuit. Producing final proposal (electronic or print) and provide to team for delivery. Developing interview materials and coaching interview team through rehearsals, message delivery, and presentations. Hire and manage external coaching resources as needed. Conducting post-submission analysis/debrief and gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future proposal strategies. Manage and execute marketing related to regional construction/development projects including site signage and fence wrap, groundbreaking events, grand openings, photography, and public relations. Manage and create strategies for sponsorships, client events, and industry opportunities for business development. Manage external communications with key messages that support business development efforts and build brand awareness within the region. Lead region's public affairs efforts for projects in their ongoing community and government engagements as needed. Hire and manage external consultants as needed. In partnership with national public relations manager, monitor industry publications and social media to ensure Ryan's competitive advantage and execute regional public relations efforts. Serve as a champion and go-to resource for CRM, maintain project information, and provide analysis to position the region to make the best decisions for growing Ryan's client base and pipeline. Manage the event planning and budget for the region's St. Patrick's Day events, including hosting and entertainment for Ryan's clients, partners, and employees. These signature Ryan events will include invitation list management, planning (catering, decor, and onsite entertainment), and execution. Manage regional project and people award submissions that align with the region's business development and marketing strategy. Collaborate with project team to plan and execute submittals. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing is required. 5-7 years of experience in B2B and/or high-end professional services. Willingness to travel approximately 20% (mainly within state) is needed. True marketing generalist skills including strategic marketing planning, excellent business and proposal writing editing abilities, outstanding graphic design skills, and solid familiarity with marketing communications and public relations/media relations. Are proficient in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and knowledge of CRM systems.

Approximately 7-10 years of experience within commercial real estate development, construction, high-end professional services or some other relatable marketing experience, are most likely to be successful.

Compensation: The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
