Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize Keysight Laboratories HW technology investments to maximize Keysight growth.
  • Propose program investments, and drive alignment across leadership team ensuring a cohesive strategy
  • Lead program management for critical initiatives, manage risks, establish framework to ensure effective cross-functional coordination
  • Balance the portfolio investments to deliver to short/medium/long term growth, stimulate innovation engaging R&D and Planning functions, deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Drive program, headcount/budget prioritization, and key strategic decisions with HW Directors. Apply through value analysis and solid business judgement.
  • Craft targeted communications for diverse stakeholder audiences on key business initiatives
  • Monitor industry and technology trends, competitive offerings, and market/business growth opportunities.

This critical position will significantly influence Keysight Laboratory investments and roadmaps to increase innovation and drive Keysight's leadership.


Qualifications

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/CS/CE/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology organizations, with at least 5 years in program management or operational roles
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to synthesize insights from often fuzzy datasets.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate across Labs and executives.
  • Proven technical and leadership skills to drive change and influence teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage incoming requests across multiple businesses.
  • Detail-oriented, with experience building financial and decision support models.

Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, strong leadership presence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and delivery excellence.

Santa Rosa, CA Pay range: MIN $163,000.00 - MAX $273,000.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
