About the Role:

Yardi is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales
Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives for Yardi's Multifamily suite of
products. You will lead a team of Account Executives, driving sales success and
developing in-depth product knowledge. Your leadership will be essential in
ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies and achieving outstanding
results within our Multifamily product suite.

What You'll Do:

  • Achieve individual
    and team sales goals for Yardi's Multifamily suite of products and territories.
  • Oversee the
    complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring compliance
    with sales processes.
  • Provide expert
    guidance on deal reviews, negotiations, and RFP responses for Multifamily
    products.
  • Enhance team
    members' product knowledge and demo skills; participate in product
    demonstrations as needed.
  • Educate clients and
    team members on the value of Yardi's Multifamily products, addressing complex
    and evolving business needs.
  • Reviews and
    analyzes account, pipeline, and performance reports; meets regularly with
    leaders and team members to review and develop sales strategies.
  • Build strong
    relationships with key influencers and decision-makers across accounts and
    teams.
  • Monitor and ensure
    completion of required product training and certifications.
  • Provide fair and
    constructive feedback to team members, complete monthly checklists, and conduct
    annual reviews and performance management.
  • Identify key
    decision-makers, foster long-term business relationships, and anticipate client
    needs.
  • Ensure accurate
    recording of client activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts in CRM.
  • Resolve escalated
    client issues, assist with complex problems, and inform management of key
    issues with recommended solutions.
  • Up to 50% travel
    required.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field;
    or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five plus (5+) years of successful sales experience in the
    software or property management industry.
  • Advanced understanding of sales cycle management principles,
    including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and
    positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven success building relationships with decision makers
    at large-sized companies.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor others.
  • Advanced proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM)
    tools.
  • Proven ability to understand and demonstrate technical
    products.
  • Demonstrated high responsiveness with client-centered
    commitment and focus.
  • Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize
    multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook,
    especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive
    approach.
  • Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and
    effective prioritization capabilities.
  • Adeptness at meeting crucial deadlines and managing multiple
    tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Innate self-motivation and proven aptitude for independent,
    accurate work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combining approachability
    and professionalism.
  • Ability to work at assigned office location.
  • Up to 50% travel required.

Compensation: $125,000 - $130,000
