THE JOB:
As a Cook at Scarpetta, you'll play a starring role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by presenting them with WOW moments. This is an opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity. This is an on-call position.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $27.7916 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and execute dining menu items with precision and consistency.
• Work a variety of cook stations from sauteing to grilling orders.
• Create certain dishes from scratch such as the fresh pastas and sauces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience working in a high-volume production or fine dining restaurant within a culinary role is a bonus.
• Knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques is a bonus.
• Ability to be detail-oriented and flexible within a fast-paced environment.
