Summary

Summary:

The IS Supervisor will be responsible for effectively performance managing and developing a team of Business Intelligence Developers. This requires ensuring timely completion of all mandatory training, identification opportunities/need for professional additional growth and development, coaching, mentoring, as well as documentation and feedback of performance and progress. Assists the team and individuals with creating and achieving goals. This will include coaching and mentoring with tools such as MS SQL and Power BI.

Create a positive, supportive and engaging work environment that promotes team building, collaboration and recognition.

Communicate organizational needs to team as well asact as a liaison between care team members and upper management.

Decides on and carries out appropriate actions for disciplinary issues if necessary following organizational policy and procedures.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Demonstrated project management experience.
  4. Strong leadership skills.
  5. Demonstrated success mentoring others.
  6. Strong technical acumen.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  9. Demonstrated project management experience.
